You can now add a reply to any reviews left on your listing. This is a great way to interact with patients who have taken the time to leave a review for you and can also help you manage your reputation if someone has left a bad review.

Reviews are one of the things that Google uses to determine which dental practice it will feature when someone searches for a dentist and you want to make sure people find you. Now is a great time to go back and take a look at your listing – if you have received a review in the last week or two why not add a comment to it and show your patients you are paying attention to what they have to say.
